The space
Casa De Música – Comfort, Style, and Functionality in One Place
I’ve traveled extensively and have always followed one simple rule: if a place is clean and smells good, it’s right for me. That’s the same standard I uphold for Casa De Música. I work hard to maintain this level of quality for every stay.
This 1,300 ft² home offers a unique layout, with each room individually styled to create a modern, comfortable, and functional environment. Whether you're here to relax or work remotely, you’ll find thoughtful features throughout—including a Gretsch guitar, a functional (but untuned) piano, a height-adjustable Wood River desk, and a massage chair (located in the basement).
High-speed AT&T Fiber internet (500 Mbps) is available—perfect for video calls, remote work, and streaming.
Sleeping Arrangements
The home has three main bedrooms. Additionally, the upstairs office has been converted into a sleeping area with a double twin bunk bed. The spacious basement includes a queen-size sofa bed and a twin-over-queen bunk bed, accommodating up to four people. In total, the house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.
Parking
Six parking spaces in the driveway.
Space for two additional vehicles directly in front of the home’s entrance.
Free street parking is also available.
The garage is not available, as it is used for storage and remains locked.
Technology and Entertainment
Fully functional TV in the main bedroom.
Living room TV must be reset in the settings to connect to Bluetooth or Chromecast.
Wall-mounted TV in the office is non-functional.
Outdoor TV is available and can be used with Chromecast.
Pinball machine is decorative and not functional.
Kitchen, Cleaning, and Trash
The microwave works, but the door may need to be gently adjusted to operate properly.
Guests are asked to wash any used dishes.
Trash bin is located to the left of the sink (pull-out style).
Trash should be placed in the blue outdoor bins.
Trash collection is on Thursday mornings. If staying Wednesday night, please place bins at the end of the driveway.
Bathroom
The bathroom has been updated with modern black hardware.
Outdoor Areas and Property Notes
The backyard has a retaining wall over 4 feet tall. Access is limited and surrounded by brush. It is not intended for guest use. Please exercise caution, especially with children.
Patio furniture is available but remains covered. Guests may use it by uncovering and re-covering after use.
The hot tub shown in older listing photos is non-functional and not available for guest use. It is being removed.
Security and Access
Three exterior security cameras are in operation: a Nest doorbell camera at the front door, a floodlight camera above the garage, and a back patio camera near the barbecue area. All cameras record during guest stays.
Three locked utility room doors in the basement are off-limits to guests.
The backyard shed is also locked and not accessible.
The garage is locked and not available for use.
The guitar is available for guest use. The piano is playable but not tuned.
Additional Notes
Occasionally, a few neighborhood cats may pass through the backyard. They do not live on the property.
This property is not recommended for young children without supervision due to elevated outdoor areas without protective railings.
