The apartment features 2 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, plus a combined living, dining, and kitchen area fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes standard cookware, a Brita pitcher, and a single-serve coffee machine. Bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of toiletries. We offer easy self-check-in, garage parking across the street for $25/day, and welcome bicycles at no extra charge. Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet. A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition. House Rules: Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, with a $300 fee for violations.
If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we offer secure storage with LoxxBoxx at the rear entrance of 100 Smithfield Street. You’ll receive a personal 4-digit code to access both the entrance and your locker.
Both the main access to the building and private rooms work with the access codes that guests receive at the time of check-in. This is a private space. You have the entire apartment to yourself.

We stayed for three nights, and had no issues with checkin or checkout. Host was very responsive and detailed, area was very walkable to food and public transport, and beds and rooms were clean. Would stay again for the price! E

12 out of 10 very nice responds fast and the rooms were great definitely would recommend to anyone visiting or just a getaway in the city We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and check-in/check-out were simple. Communication was smooth, and everything we needed was provided. Would definitely recommend staying here and would book again in the future!
