Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet. We don’t offer cable TV, but Android/Roku boxes are provided so you can log into your favorite streaming services like Netflix or Hulu. A standard HDMI cable is included for added convenience. The apartment features central air conditioning, though the thermostat cannot be adjusted from within the unit.
