Other things to note
The building has a garbage chute on the same floor, outside the apartment. Please place your trash there when the bag is full. If it's boxes, glass, or large bags, leave them next to the chute. For organic waste (like meat), rinse the bag before putting it away to avoid odors.

Amenities
Soft hot water in the shower, comfortable bed, nice views, clean. People that i stayed with didn't congregate much in the open spaces I guess that's because they are afraid of virus. Overall a great place to rest peacefully and even write. Zach was a great host to work with. Space was clean and affordable. Couple issues arose with scheduling and Zach was attentive, flexible and most helpful. Highly recommend for location and overall value. Great location! Unfortunately my room kept colder but appreciated the space heater. Needed to do 1 load of laundry, inconveniently a card needs to be purchased with a minimum of $5 in cash. I didn't have cash and the washer and dryer would've been $3 so I would've lost $2 in a card that would've had been no use for me elsewhere. Plus there weren't any vending machines to buy a 1 load detergent and fabric sheet packages. Nearby stores such as CVS and 7-Eleven don't have them either. So be prepared. Nevertheless, host and cleaning crew are nice. As pictured. The light was my favorite part. Clean and straightforward. The host was very communicative and the whole staff seem committed to an excellent guest experience. I would stay here again.
