Perfect for conference-goers, tourists, sports and art enthusiasts, and business travelers, it's just steps from top destinations, event venues, restaurants, and bars. The apartment features a bedroom with 2 single beds and a combined living, dining, and kitchen area equipped with standard cookware, a Brita pitcher, and a Keurig-style coffee machine. Bathrooms come with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We offer easy self-check-in and garage parking across the street for $25/day. Pets are welcome for $25 per pet. A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition. House Rules: Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, with a $300 fee for violations. Bicycles: Welcome at no extra charge.
Both the main access to the building and private rooms work with the access codes that guests receive at the time of check-in. This is a private space. You have the entire apartment to yourself.

Amenities
We were in Pittsburgh for a concert at PPG Paints Arena. This was a good location to walk to and from the venue. We parked out front when we arrived to unload and found it was free parking at night until 8am, so we left our car there and didn't utilize the parking garage until the next day, which saved us $25. The pictures are accurate, you get what you see. We did have to buy a sheet pan to use in the oven and the hot water seemed to run out towards the end of the first person showering, but was able to turn the water off and on between rinses during the second persons shower to keep it warm. Over all I would stay here again for the price if we were ever in Pittsburgh again. Loved the location as someone who likes to get outdoors and walk places. The riverfront paths are right there! Quiet corner of downtown from which everything is still accessible, including the expensive hotel where my conference was being held. Nothing fancy in terms of amenities but they cover all the basics very well. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for any return to Pittsburgh. Christopher

Great host. Good location for downtown access. Living room and kitchen were functional but had a college dorm vibe, understandably. Bathroom was recently renovated and felt very clean. Good value overall. Jonathan
