Zachary was a very communicative and accommodating host. I was Leary of paying the pet fee outside of the Air BNB app so he agreed to charge me through the resolution center so that I was more comfortable. For someone traveling to the city for an event the apartment has great proximity to many of the local attractions like the PPG Paints Arena. The only negatives were that the apartment is very small and if you are traveling with a dog you will have to walk a few blocks to take them to the bathroom. Zachary was friendly and responsive, the space is very small but we only needed a small place to sleep on our road trip. There was a heroin spoon left behind by a previous tenant, and a very strong Marijuana smell from downstairs. It's across from a 24 hour corner store, which tends to draw some unsavory locals. It's a great spot for younger people who don't mind, but it wasn't our cup of tea. Great stay and great host most definitely will stay again S
