The space includes a bedroom with 2 single beds, plus a combined living, dining, and kitchen area equipped with standard cookware, a Brita pitcher, and a Keurig-style coffee machine. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We offer easy self-check-in, garage parking across the street for $25/day, and welcome bicycles at no extra charge. Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet. A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition. If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we offer secure storage with LoxxBoxx at the rear entrance of 100 Smithfield Street. You’ll receive a personal 4-digit code to access both the entrance and your locker.

Both the main access to the building and private rooms work with the access codes that guests receive at the time of check-in. This is a private space. You have the entire apartment to yourself.

Stay your way with our customizable add-ons! After booking, you can use our guest registration form to purchase early check-in, late check-out, bag drop, or parking for $25/day. Fantastic location at a can’t beat price. Came to Pittsburgh to go to a hockey game and this place was perfect walking distance from the arena. Will definitely be on the lookout for this place the next time I’m in town. The hosts are on top of it with clear instructions and communication. Jiahui

The host kindly upgraded us to a larger room (3E), which we really appreciated! Fantastic location, just 10 mins to downtown, with Target, a 24-hour supermarket, and many restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was fully-equipped. The room was better than the photos and didn't feel old or dated at all. On the downside, the heating didn't warm the bedroom, and the water pressure was low (especially hot water).Despite that, we had a great stay and would recommend it! Naga Tejaswi
